Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse

Our project at Upper Brook Street in Oswestry involved the renovation and restoration of a Grade II listed three storey Georgian Townhouse which had been used as an office since 1954.

Originally built in the late 18th century to early 19th century the property was originally a family home. The property forms part of a row of 4 terraces laid out in a typical Georgian style. Number 16 was originally owned by a William Henry Hill until 1896 when the property was purchased by William Henry Gascoigne Weaver, whom notably was the Mayor of Oswestry between 1881 and 1883.

Having obtained listed building consent and planning permission for commercial to residential, we completed a sympathetic renovation and restoration of the building to create a 5 bedroom family home with courtyard garden.
